If you do not have the expertise or the developed outbound sales strategy, then this is an area where you want to pay for help. I can't see this lasting long before David changes to a course foundation and charges more for access.

It’s a really clever system that’s still built on sales fundamentals: the ICP, a strong emphasis on the offer. What’s smart is how AI is used and how all the tools are connected, which makes cold email at scale easy and not very time-consuming. When I did cold email years ago, there was no AI. You’d upload a CSV, click into each lead’s website, write a sentence, and drop it into the template. Having AI act as a worker for those tasks, all connected through the chatbot, is a really valuable system. This week I got better at connecting these tools myself, from setting up cold email tools with Gmail SMTP to seeing how the Slack bot handles research and leads. You’re a great communicator, easy to connect with and responsive. The resources are straightforward, and you explained everything clearly.
